Time plan


A full day, with a friend. If you are new and slow, 2 days.

Get plenty of liquid wrench / penetrating oil.
 
^ +1 and some heat. Even if it's from one of those blue propane torches. Ford loves their locktite and this will help get it nice and soft for when you wrench on those bolts.

I'll be doing mine this weekend in the garage. We're getting hit with a hurricane so as long as the roof is still intact, I'll be doing it too. Good luck!
 
Oh and if you are replacing the body mount bushings, Then you might as well just cut those and the bolts inside of them out. That'd make it even easier..
