This is the 2nd time I'm going to have to replace the inner tie rods. does anyone know if I can get some heavy duty tie rods or a way to beef it up alittle that wont break the bank? and also since I put on big tires the power steering pump got louder. has anyone put on a high volume pump or come up with a way to solve this?

I have a 2000 ranger 4x4 with a 4.0L, thanks

Buy some Moog ends, keep them greased, and you shouldn't have to worry about them for many years.

The stock power steering on RBVs is STRONG. Locking the axle and turning large tires puts more stress on it, bit it still is well within it's limits. The pump tends to be noisy, and that bothers some people. The only reason to upgrade the system (generally) is if the noise bothers you. Otherwise, a $20 power steering cooler is a good addition.

I have alot of stuff goin into the truck over the next month and those were just a few things I was havin trouble coming up with ideas on. its getting a jet chips tuner adjustable camber bushings and a ARB snorkel here real soon.

I found 2oz oz friction modifier really quieted down my steering pump a lot

What snorkel are you going to use?

When you get it put on take some pics, I would like to see how it looks.

I am going with an ARB snorkel. I found the SS60HF for 329 and I'm gonna get some metal dryer tubing and the hardware needed. its gonna be gettin ordered sometime next week. so hopefully it'll be on over the next 2 weeks.
