Ticking / Squeaking Toward Back of Engine?

I have a 2005 Edge with the 4.0 sohc 200,000 miles. I'm hearing a slight tick, almost a squeak from what sounds like the rear of the engine. It started yesterday and it's intermittent. Any ideas would be appreciated.
