Ok, so i mangled the ds tib on my 94 ranger tonight in a tuff truck race. I have a 91 ranger i use for parts and i was wandering if the drivers side beam is the same length in the 2wds between 91 and 94. I am gona try to measure them when i get a chance, but i bent mine up pretty good and it might be hard to get a good measurement. I know the rears are different widths, but i am not sure about the track width on the fronts.

Yes the beams are interchangeable from 89-97. Any differences are in the spindle, which is only the brake mounting to my knowledge, and only with the 95-97 models.

The beams will work with your 94 spindles. Or just leave the spindles and use your 94 calipers on there. My truck's left spindle is off a 2nd gen and mine is a third gen. But watch out for the 1st gen beams, the ball joints are mounted in the beams and the spindles are different. The 95-97 spindles will work on your 2nd and 3rd gen beams, it will allow you to upgrade to a dual piston caliper, which you may want to look into.

Thanks guys, that is what i wanted to hear..... guess i got some wrenchin to do
