throttle position senser

My b2 is ideling weird as in it only does it occasianally but when it does it it will not stay at idel and I already changed the egr valve and the fuel pressure regulator and it stopped for a while then started back up and has gotten worse if I punch the gas peddle then it will go away sometimes and other time it will do it the whole time I'm driving I was wanting to know if it could be the trottle position senser that is bad?

It would be best to check for codes...it is very hard to guess which part(s) are causing the problem.

When You say it is idleing bad - do you mean surging or just idleing rough? The IAC ( idle Air control) controls the idle after the engine coolant sensor has warmed up. The engine coolant sensor (not the temp sensor) controls the idle when the engine is first started. A sticking IAC can sometimes be cleaned. I just replaced mine as they arent too awfully expensive. There are several other things but I'd try these first.

Okay I will try to take it off and clean it out but if that doesn't work I will just grab a few from the junkyard
