BW1350 83-89 ranger/bronco 2. BW1354 1990-2011.ranger/bronco 2/4.0 v6 exploders
all interchangeable.

front driveshaft flange is different after '97 but other than that yeah, you can probably swap your current flange to the new case. The new case isn't going to have a speedometer gear hole though...

thanks. I thought the front driveshaft flange looked different.

No gear hole? Was this 98 on? I have a 1350 in my 97 and the speedo sensor went right in?

I think it was a '98 on thing, I haven't looked under any personally but I know they started using speed sensors instead of the gear somewhere around then... best to double check than be screwed :)

well mine was a "sensor" not a cable. but once you pulled it out. it had the little gear like the older trucks

98+ use the ABS sensor in the rear for the speedo.

To swap the flange out for the CV joint cup you have pull the whole case apart and swap in a few parts... (Front output gear, shaft, etc.) it's not just an unbolt and replace part.
