This fits nowhere

cracked heads? I thought we were talking about color perception?

Im color blind and every one asks me every day wat color i see and shit.. my art teacher in jr high tried to fail me cause i didnt know which color was wat.. it took my mom going down and giving her a good ear full before she gave me a passing grade.. but i get colors mixed up alot and im really carefull and have my wife help me out when im wiring up a cd player or something in a car.

color perception was just "colorful ploy" hehehe to cover up the deeper subject of cracked heads.

Flashlight lenses, they are all made the same and portray the same color despite the user, we all see it as the color it was designed to be and still call it the same name. However the theory behind your thoughts I understand completely and have thought on many other levels. I keep it to myself though, that mixed with the voices would def put me in the hospital.

When I was younger, I frequently had many "revelations" if you will, similar to this one.

Funny how they all began with me lighting a bong....

It's a neat concept though.

I totally thought of this too! Totally thought i was crazy when I thought it. Luckily, i wasn't on the ganja when i thought of it either. :icon_thumby:

Ive thought this for the longest time!!! Nobody can really know so who has the right to say that we all see the world the same

I thought the same thing when I was about sixteen and was having a brief romance with pot. I still find it an interesting concept though I've graduated to Keystone Light and Jack Daniels.

How the word was first picked to describe something will be the mystery that aligns with how we came up with so many different languages.

Maybe that CHAIR you are sitting on in front of your computer is really a CLOCK and that CLOCK is really a SPOON :icon_twisted:
HA, now what?????????????

I fix production copiers and for Color Core Basics School we had to spend an entire day learning about Cones and Rods and how wavelengths are are received by the human brain in a definite way (unless you have color blindness).

What this has to do with color copiers I still haven't figured out yet:dunno: , BUT the instructor basically said that in the end Color (verb) and response to it are informed by emotion.

Sounds crazy, but it lends to the idea that everyone DOES see colors differently. We associate our fave colors with something that resonates with us.

I have thought about the same idea but not with colours...Like what makes us pick words for things? Like why is a tree called a tree? And so on....

But I'm gonna be up all night thinking about that colour thing....Thanks. Haha
