I know I have read mixed reviews on the Kuhmo KM71s, but I thought that I would throw my .02 in.
After 1 week of driving with them, I have been pleasantly surprised. Very little noise coming from them. There is a dull hum, but that is about it....I needed to turn my radio off in order to hear it.
Packed type mud is absolutely no problem. Road manners are good too.

I think my limiting factor in my desicion is going to be the tire size I use. Right now I have 235/75/15s and with the wheels i bought (used mb motorings for a jeep) I already had to trim my fenders a little. I really don't want cut anymore. Guess I'll just wait until I do a lift and get some 31s.

I owe Goodyear nothing, but they have really stepped up their game with the Duratrac and the new MTR.

i have driven a few mtr equipped vehicles and i am impressed in a big way.


i prefer coopers for general use tires but admit the new goodyears are excellent.
