If your anywhere near me (in the NorthWet) I'd be happy to help..is it manual or auto? If it's manual you'll prolly need to pull the flywheel also, but unless you live oin snow and salt country, the bolts really shouldn't be too rusty, only bolts I've ever broke were exhaust manifold bolts. And, once you pull it, fix the plug, and put it back together, you'll have a great sense of satisfaction and pride as well as an intimate knowledge of your truck, not to mention saving a bunch of money... Geez...I only got $200 for swapping out my friends Explorer clutch..guess that's why I can't make a living as a mechanic. For what it's worth..my friends Explorer was a 4.0 with air and didn't take any longer than my B2 with no air..6 hrs sounds about right..
