Now when bleeding it, do you open the bleeder, then press the pedal then close it? Or do you hold the pedal down then open it and close it before the fluid runs out.
Im posting this as a reference to those who might have trouble with it in the future.
I bled my lines for hours. the next day i bought a master cylinder, and was going to install it, but as i was taking out the old one i turned it upside down and with the reservoir cap on i pump it upside down, allowing the air to escape, it stiffened up. I installed the old one back into the trouble and walla, the clutch was working like new.
In the beginning i replaced the slave because it was leaking, and the fluid must have got below the master cylinder allowing air in.
i got the same problem and i changed the master and theres no pressure in the peddle anymore but i have a f150 and the line off the master is plastic and i cant turn it up side down any other help to bleed it?
