I thought that too but apparently its an error on the sight ribbing I think is more depended on the year. If Im wrong and I tore a D35 to hell then it really isnt worth any of the hype this site brags up BBBUUUUUT Im almost positive it was a D28 it used D28 axles and U joints anyway.

Nice Rig!

The last pic posted looks like your wheelin with the grim reaper or something haha...
Atleast at a quick glance...

And HAHA Diggin the Squared Drive Shaft!
Good stuff...

The square driveshaft is a life saver I had to much flex and was killin Tcases from overextending then slammin back into the tcase and the Grim Reaper is my old lady she isnt liking me ditching the doors since Ive got fullwidths and very little backspacing to clear the brakes lol.

She was an 88 I bought off a kid that was daily driving it I still wish he could see it now just to watch him crindge it was his baby lol. Im still waiting for a buddy of mine to send me the videos he got of me climbing a hill we call Axle alley you can hear my old lady screaming b/c the truck was rocking up on 2 wheels and flexing out all at redline to make the climb b/c the hill was covered in mud.

I spoke to soon went out wheelin yesterday and busted ANOTHER Tcase... Im gettin really sick of this.

Was tuggin a big 70 something highboy off a crest that he got Highcentered on and I had to yank it a lil then 20 feet after that I went to climb a hill made it up 15 ft and BANG puked out my square driveshaft and was dumping fluid everywhere... Options anything else bolt on in place to get rid of these crappy Tcases.

You need a fixed front output transfer case. I would be looking for a 13-50 from an STX, or a 13-54 from a 90+ RBV. The manual shift 13-54's are quite rare, most were electric, but they are out there.

Ok so 1354 would be any 90+ Ranger or do I have to match my 2.9 and 5 speed? I wont be picking up the new one till next weekend and I NEED to get away from this crap. Also would the rear output have the same flange?

Question. I have a 1354 electric in now and I removed the motor to put it in 4 low will I have to make a bracket to hold the selector there or will it stay with out the motor? it was fine when I tested it around the drive but idk if once she gets to bouncing whats goin to happen and I plan on going to The Farm in Adair Missouri in a week and wouldnt enjoy towing a truck about a hundred miles one way to have to keep puttin it back in 4low.

I did that for a long time. As long as you shift it into 4LOW, it will stay there until you shift it back out. I had a special pair of vice grips in the truck just for that task.
