the slo-vo build thread...

Call me whatever you want I usually respond to anything lol

With all the tube you have, that volume adds up, I bet you will have at least the capacity of a 7 gallon tank, without taking up the room of one...

can someone explain on board air,, i never understood it

edit; nevermind just read the tech library lol

Its useful when airing down for the trails, or changing tires when you have a flat...

Would have worked probably if I had planned on it, but it's all welded with no holes for air to move

Me too, but I won't whore up your build thread with pics of my truck :D

For the record, the stock doors are pretty damn heavy. It's quite the balancing act to get the door lined up such that I can get the pins in (if you choose to use removable pins).

:dunno:

i went to pins so it only takes a few seconds to do....never noticed that compact truck doors were heavy, but power window doors i can see being heavier, and hard to install if you left the windows up.

Looks great . How do you like your cut fenders ?
they do good, havent had any problems
:dunno:

id still like to watch you hold the door with one hand and bolt it on with the other :thefinger:

Jon, thats not a problem for John, I've seen him hold up an entire rear truck just to get an axle out....Damn giants, He's stronger than an ogre, and almost as ugly:icon_rofl:

Somehow I'm able to install the doors on my own, and I'm not a real big feller. Maybe 1st/2nd gen doors are lighter?

Not really sure there it's not bad holding it up... But holding it while being still enough to start the bolt isn't fun but it ain't bad either

Does pretty good with the combo, I think I would be a little happier with a full Detroit in the front but the true trac does ok...

I think I am about to run into problems on the rear end though... Need to pop the cover and see what's going on
