Vinyl keeps the heat out better than carpet? My carpet has some pretty serious padding, figured it would do a good job insulating.

it has the padding under it, i dont like carpet in my rig. for a month after every trip the truck smells like shit inside lol

going to look at some ammo cans tommorow for a center console, the local army surplus just got a new shipment of about 10 different kinds. so we'll see what works best.

then ill have to design something up for a cupholder but ive got some idea's

its already so much better then before and with the stock huge space wasting console gone there's alot more room

Nice! I know all about the stinky cab. lol. I think the vinyl will stink too if it still has the padding. Maybe not though.

should keep the water out of the pad though unless i get into some deep water. just in case i seperated the pad from the vinyl on each side so it can be pulled out and dryed.

if it keeps getting wet ill ditch it but i figured for free id try it....it was actually $5 bucks but i found 5 bucks worth of change under the seat and the vinyl from the truck i pulled it from lol

where'd you get the seats from? I might be looking for some here fairly shortly. My driver's seat has a decent tear in it, and both are mud stained. I'd like to get some vinyl/leather seats. The seats in my bro's 05 are pretty nice.

got them from my buddy that i gave some parts to a while back. they are deffinantly super comfortable

but i hate the 60/40 setup...

So, what did those seats come out of? My Drivers seat is done for and I need to come up with some replacments here in the future. Though I'm a little limited as I need the seat to tlit foward enough to get into the extended portion of the cab.

Those seats look nice in there though!

Weird... I have these little rubber things around my doors called seals?

They seem to do a pretty good job of keeping the mud and water outside, where it belongs! Seats look good dude, I ditched my 60/40 for a set of buckets from an 04'. Way better side bolsters and lumbar too.

My door seals aren't the best, and when running no doors they really suck

Won't be getting anything done this weekend, heading to the lake with the family to take it easy

I didn't integrate any seals into my tube doors. I guess I fail.
