yup that was the drivers side, finally broke down and bought the $20 socket for the spindle nuts.

i put the "all jon has in his britches bar" on it and called it good

got my hi-lift mounted tonight, also threw on some hella 500 FF lights withe some 130W lights and wired them in with a relay to come on with my brights

its so much better, ill post some pics in a little

sigh...i hate wiring...but decided to throw some rock lights on the front that ive had laying around for forever

they didnt put out the exact light pattern i was hoping for but from in the cab leaning out the door it puts it right in front of the front tires which is nice

i was hopeing to get off easy and just run them off the same relay that i ran the hella's off of but i figured with the 130w bulbs in the hella's id go ahead and run another relay for these they are only 55w but i do have some 100's and 130's i might try swapping in later to see if i can spread more light out

i hate trucks with a ton of lights on the front but with them hidden up under the front you dont even know they are there unless you look for them

its 2:40 AM here and im heading out the front door for a 2 and a half hour trip to nashville's airport, my brother in law is heading back to california so gotta get him there on time

I like the lights, Jon. The rock lights were a nice touch, all tucked up in there. Looks sweet!
