Well, as of yesterday I was informed that I do not get the week off.... And if I wanted to go I would have to leave Friday around 2pm when I get out and I'd get there about 7am with nonstop driving.... Looks like I'm out, maybe if there's ever an event in Texas I could come too it.

Hey, I've been on the other end of the tow strap before, so no worries.

Too bad I woln't have the winch rigged up. IIRC it's been collecting dust since before the last Wellsville ride.....

The truck has gotten bigger though, lol. We'll see if I can get it fixed today. Got everything prepped yesterday, just kept getting too many interruptions to make much headway.

Then I'll be there! I'll leave my tow rope attached to my tow hook for easy recoveries


We never seem to venture very far away from Ohio. If we ever do a ridiculous round up we'd probably go to mid-America, though it would have to be planned like a year in advance.

yeah.... we dont go too far bc a lot of us live in ohio or surrounding states. i wouldnt mind going to moab tho or somewhere in colorado.

That would have to like a full weekend of wheeling at the least haha. It'd be pretty sick to camp out there though.

He is out...his B2 is under the knife....getting a lower intake gasket, snorkel, OBA, maybe SASed soon.

I got the slave cyl changed, finished up by flashlight Wednesday night. I just haven't been able to make sure that everything is ok because my battery is dead. Really dead. Tried to get it replaced last night but I'm getting the run-around because the computer says I bought it in 2009 but the battery is marked that it was manufactured in 1/11. I'll get something figured out....

i will bring my jump pack and jumper cables lol. well its friday and i got my shocks installed and my rear shackles flipped back to factory thurs morning before work. so tonight after work i have to switch my leaves from side to side (i have a horrible sag and i want to find out if its the spring or the frame), install shims on the rear end bc the pinion angle is still off 3 degrees, alignment, remove my rear window glass and install the sliding glass window. should be fun. i might be at work pretty late. but i will be at the rest stop at 10am tomorrow.

yeah..... after college nothing really changes. you just kind of know a little more than you did before. i started a couple weeks ago. i am just running into several problems. hopefully i am done running into problems.

Haha. I still have to top my axle fluid levels to see if that stops the awful squeaking I have in 1st-3rd gears. The plug from ruff stuff for their diff cover doesn't exactly seal up well.

Its NPT...put some Teflon tape on it and it will seal right up...
