Sweet. Drop it off and grab the dually. Keys are in it. Remember, wipe your hands and feet before entering. There is a towel in the back to put on the seat.

So, shackles are really difficult to take off when EVERYTHING is rusted/rotted back there.

I'll be replacing the hanger along with the shackles after the trip

I ordered all the parts (save a few bolts) from rockauto.com. But me a buddy are going to do it next weekend. He's got a grinder and impact tools.

Hey, I've been on the other end of the tow strap before, so no worries.

Too bad I woln't have the winch rigged up. IIRC it's been collecting dust since before the last Wellsville ride.....

The truck has gotten bigger though, lol. We'll see if I can get it fixed today. Got everything prepped yesterday, just kept getting too many interruptions to make much headway.
