the "ranking" system question

ive noticed at TRS that we have a little ranking system going on here
"Junior member"
"Member" and so on......
what i want to know is whats after "member" and after that, and so on, and how may posts you need to get there?

and how do you make you ranking say whatever the hell you want it to.....like some people on here.

you get new member when you sign up, then it goes to junior before a couple hundred then member after 250 or something and then you get like me when you pay the 10dollar fee and become premium, when you become premium you get to put whatever under your name, you get a bigger mail box, you can also do more to your posts and threads, like putting in attatchments. not bad for 10 bucks and you help support a great site with alot of useful info.
