got my 99 today(for FREE), and the guy said it didnt run sooooo, i bought a new battery and IT RUNS!!!!! so all together i paid 60 bucks for it...took the seats out and cleaned everything...gotta wait to clean the exterior cuz its cold out...it has 127k on it and runs great!

looks like your off to a good start.. { have you tried tub and tile cleaner on those rims?} sounds odd but I've used it to get heavy brake dust off a set of rims soaked them down left them sit long enough to get a beer and then lightly scrubbed them with a tooth brush rinsed 90% of the crud right off

more importantly then the rims..lol you should prob get a oil change and let the engine run for a bit, since its been sitting there forever and the tail is smoking... give the pistons a chance to get well lubricated, especially in this coldness we call home! lol
