Almost all of them did. I don't believe theres an honest business man except for Alan Mulally at ford. He sold the corporate Jet, and drove a hybrid to the government meeting. And quite possibly did a bang up job at reinvesting and reinventing a dying company. While GM and the gas companies were patting themselves on the back for nothing with millions of dollars, Alan was working 7 days a week. I admire the guy highly

I already view the guy this way, but I think one day it will be unanimously accepted that Mulally was the savior for FoMoCo. I'm a Ford guy all the way, and being born and raised in Dearborn, about 3 miles from HQ, I really admire him.

I can't help but wonder how different Boeing's situation with the 787 would have been had Mr. Mulally still been with them.

not to mention that the man refused to accept a paycheck untill the company was on its feet turning a respectable profit again. Now THAT is someone worth looking up to.

It is indeed. Seems to be an upstanding guy. He was hired to do a job, and until it's done what good being paid for it. Seems like a majority of people in this country don't have any issue accepting a pay check with little to no work exchanged, and by that they expect any job they have to be that way. I'm 19, almost 20, and I work my ass off.
