- Its probably better to be self deprecating than self defecating.
You laugh but my stupid fiesta is very peppy and handles pretty well. Putting it in "sport" mode and running around downtown Trenton can be quite fun. The transmission is awful but amazing at the same time, and the car is so light the small amount of power it does have can whip it around just fine. For 14 grand I have zero regrets. My ranger was only slightly less back in 2010 at around 13k. I will never spend over 20k on a new vehicle!
Little cars are a blast. I borrowed a buddys first gen yaris for a couple weeks awhile ago, 2 door hatch, manual.. suuuuuuper fun.
