The Great American Classic

Is it easily bought by the regular blue collar schmuck? I might have to get some of that for all my upcoming bodywork. Sounds like it may be expensive enough to just use cardboard lol.

I used it when I was working at another welding shop so I didn't buy it. I gotta call my old boss to see what it was and what it cost. My old boss was a cheapo so unless he lied and made more money on that car than he told me, it wasn't expensive.

Right on, lemme know!

Seriously though not to high jack, anyone know what that car was? A Honda with 4 wheel steering from the 90's? 2 door super sports car apparently? No idea what I worked on.... I just built floor pans and intercooler tubing.and was told it was rare and expensive. Remember I was building exhaust systems for murcielagos at the time.

You've done and owned a bunch of cool crap eh?

It was probably a prelude.

And then paint them pink? Or did you do bright yellow? Can't remember what nonsense you painted that poor prison van. :icon_rofl:

Unless he's thinking of the Honda/Acura NSX?

I always forget about the nsx somehow lol.

Apparently honda had considered adding 4ws to the o.g nsx's, along with awd and a few other techy bits in the dash.. but decided not to because all of that would add too much weight.

Preludes had 4ws in the states from 87-91. Never really caught on here. In Japan they had 4ws as an option up until they axed the 'Lude in 01'

Apprentice is working on the K member, all 1000lbs of it. Should be able to start putting that thing back together by the end of the weekend.

Done painting for now. Started on the driver side shock tower. This side is going to be a bigger PITA I think because there is more going on with the shape. Going to take a slightly different approach.

That pile of rust looks vaguely familiar.

Just a damn shame what happens to vehicles up here.
