testing fuel system

i have a 96 2.3 ranger its cutting out and missing pretty bad ive checked out ive put new plugs and wires in it and swapped the coils no change. i have a fuel pressure tester im gonna check that out tomorrow. but my question is how do i check the injectors and regulator?
