So I had to go off-roading Tuesday to get to work. While I was off-roading I hit a rut a little to fast and hard. I think I was going about 20. And misjudged the depth of the rut. Afterwards I noticed my alignment was off. When I got to work I found out why. Some how my front end is lower than it should be. It looked like someone cranked the tbars down a lot. Has anyone seen this or experienced this while off-roading? Anyone know why this would happen?

after I got home from work I got underneath and looked all around. Nothing looks visibly broken. Shocks don't look blown. T-bars are tight in their keys. And the bolts that push the tbars keys up don't look stripped. The control arms and their mounts don't look bent at all ball joints are tight. Wheels don't wobble or have play so wheel bearing assemblies look good. The lower cross members for the superlift are tight and don't look bent or warped. So I went ahead and proceeded to jack her up. I jacked her up by using the original crossmember as the mounting point (I still don't trust that the superlift crossmembers are strong enough to support the weight of her with a jack on only one of them) as I jacked her up. Once the wheels started to lift off the ground I heard a pop. Not sure what it was but now she looks like she's sitting a little taller. And the wheels aren't canted in as much as before. I tried bouncing her on each of the front corners to see if she would drop at all and she didn't. Next I jacked her up and down while watching the front of the lower control arms to see if the t-bars are twisting in them or if they're locked into them and they are locked into the lower control arms. I'm hoping maybe I just threw my camber way off. What do y'all think?

So today I jacked up my truck and got a better look at the suspension. The tbar keys and adjustment bolts look fine. So I wiped down the tbars to get a better look at them to check for stress fractures. While wiping them down I felt a slight ribbed feeling on both of them. Would that be signs of twisting or is that normal. Also take a look at the pics and tell me is the mounting point on the lcas look normal for the tbars or do they look like they don't quite fit properly in the lcas?

The T-bar hex on the photo on the right photo looks rounded off. It looks like a good impact could make it slip over. It is possible the impact it got in the rut caused it to move closer to slipping over but didn't go all the way. Then when you lifted it, the weight of the suspension made it slip back to its normal position.
