Ok guys, Thanks for the help on the rough idle when cold, now a new issue has come up. After the engine get up to normal running temp, when I shut it down and try to re-start it takes a while to start. I can crank on it for a bit, stop then crank again and it starts. I have replaced both the air flow temp and the water temp sensors as well as the EGR vacume solinoid. Any Ideas? Thanks for the help.

There is also an EGR sensor that has a vacuum line attached just to the rear of the EGR valve that senses the richness of the exhaust gas drawn back in through the EGR. I had the same problem and replaced all of the sensors with no luck until I found a split in the EGR tube which was allowing outside air to be be drawn into the valve. This kept it from detecting and adjusting the extra rich mixture on start up. When you replaced the water temp sensor was it the two wire sensor? It controls the idle speed and mixture until the engine warms up.
