Well it is a CUSTOM build, needs a periscope added, and I am just guessing here but headlights might need to be re-aimed
And backup lights would have short throw

Wouldn't need reclining seats
Would need a self leveling cup holder

Air purge wouldn't be an issue for Coolant refill
Changing oil would be a breeze
