Tailgate Bolt F-up

If this posted right you should see the bolt snapped of when i was attempting to put new tailgate holders(not sure what you call them). Any ideas how to get the bolt out cause i am fresh out of luck and ideas?!?!?

If not i am not sure how to post images from my laptop.
