Will tail lights from a 1998-2000 ranger fit a 2004 ranger?

yesss... but those lights have the tree bulb system. in 2001 they changed it to a two bulb like the o4's. you can do some schenanigans with the wiring to make them work with 3 bulbs..

try the search button.

awesome, getting some aftermarket lights, they say they are for 98-00, but look just like mine. just wanted to make sure. thanks alot!

93-current will all *physically*fit in the locations but the wiring is diffrent. just make sure you can handle the rewiring.

2000 is when they went 2-bulb.

Does he really need to rewire anything? If he is getting 3 bulb aftermarket lights to use on his 2 bulb truck, why not just plug up the 3rd hole and not use it?

.

ahh good point im sorry. im always thinking of putting 00+plus lights on 99 and earlier models. yes you actually shouldnt neeed to rewire them one of the holes will not just be used,i beleive it would be the turn signal becase the turn signal is integrated into the brake, running lights on the 00+lights.
