I find it humorous as well. That fact that she is a drain on society is a totally different story though.
Did they pay their rent while they lived there? If they did, they are worlds above most tenants and I would thank them before they leave.
Shit happens, that's part of owning something. While moving into this house I left the screen door open for about 3 days. Turns out, it was a bad idea because on the 3rd day a gust of wind tore the entire thing, frame and all, off the side of the house. It's my door, but if I were renting the owner would think I got drunk and threw my wife through it or something.
Shit happens. Thank them for paying their rent and do everything politely and legally and with composure. You can't make them pay for anything unless you have their security deposit. Even then, you might make sure your own books are in order before pissing them off. Are you reporting the rent as taxable income? Are you vulnerable to them calling some city office somewhere and reporting something? I don't know. But I would end it civilly regardless.
It's only rock-n-roll. Not worth rupturing an aorta.

It has absolutely nothing to do with her being gay. It has everything to do with her taking advantage of the situation when it only benefits her. We, my gf and I, got her out of a shitty situation, only to spend all of her free time over in said shitty situation. Basically I am tired of my gf's charity being taken advantage of.

Don't like low class people? Don't rent. Sell the goddamn house and buy a single. As long as you rent you get what you are essentially asking for. Exposure to the general public often nets less than desirable results.
Keep as much of the security deposit as you can for cleaning expenses. Have it done professionally and keep receipts.

You can try and help someone, but if they don't want help it's best to bail out while the situation is new.
I hope you are able to get them out, and the house taken care of.
Maybe next time get a higher security deposit, just in case.
