my truck is a 94 2wd/5spd 2.3 standard cab. Just need to know what wires need to (or even can) be moved around in the plugs to be able to use an instrument cluster with a tach from a 1989 bronco ii (2wd MT with 2.9) It is not plug and play, despite appearing to be. I did keep the connectors from the donor vehicle. i would like to use this particular one as it was free.

I've done an 88 cluster with tach into my 86. Not sure about an 89 to 94, but don't fret, I'll do some research and post my findings here for you. Assuming I can find a schematic for both clusters or at least a pin-out.

I just took the 89 cluster to my local yard and traded it for a 94 explo cluster
