Looking for a T5 bellhousing for a 2.9 motor. Thanks

There is no such thing. Advance adapters is your most expensive way.

AA doesn't make it anymore

Get a T-5 from an '05+ v6 mustang. The 4.0l had the same bolt pattern as the 2.9l.

-OR-

Find a 2.8l bellhousing from an early '80s mustang. (I forget what trans it was, IIRC it was the 4 speed. You'll have to look it up.) There is one that will work with the 2.9l and t5.

You will need to bore the bearing register in the T4 bellhousing a couple hundredths. The T5 uses a larger input shaft bearing retainer. Andit'sfor a Mustang II, mid 70's.
