T5 and an attempt to stay hydraulic.

This is the type of setup you can use if going t5 using the stock ranger master cylinder
Just so you know in advance....

You hose will interfere with the floor with that slave.

Order multiple lengths of an3 hose mine is 20inchs long I think and its close to not being long enough.

You may need to reshape your floor slightly for the bleeder depending how the mounting bracket is made and if you use the hole for the cable. The MG guys use the closest hole to the bellhousing and cut some of the fork off.

Something esle to consider is to notch your threaded rod so a wrench can be put on the end closest to the slave since it just sit in there.

Also Nissan Truck use that style slave with the bleeder in the rear a better option I think, I dont know what truck though or year. The mounting point is different

I must have had my t5 mounted differently cause I didn’t have any interference with the floor pan on mine. I ended up using a m5odr2 due to circumstances changing.

but thanks for the info

External slave cylinder?is there a reason people aren't using the Ford internal slave besides the external is easier access?

Yeah my internal failed in 4 months.

I think we went over this before?

Most of those slaves have the bleeder below the inlet port... at least it will bleed like shit, just like a stock system.
