T-case

I have a BW 1350 manual t-case that has damage to the front output. My question is what is the differntce in the 1350 to the 1354? is one better? and could I go to a 1354? My problem is I have a 4 inch lift and the front output got a lot of abuse in the 6 months I've had it lifted. I think my front driveshaft is too short.

The 1354 has a fixed front output yoke but it is hard to find a manual one.

There are also some fixed yoke 1350s. They are around if you know where to look. I have one and know where another is in a yard near me. If you can find one of those and the front drive shaft, your problem will be solved.

yup, you shouldnt have any issues finding a drive shaft in a yard either...

I found a 1350 with fixed yoke from a 94 ranger. No driveshaft

in a '94 im pretty sure it would only be a 1354. do you have a d28 or a d35 up front?

Yeah it would be a 1354.

It is a 1354 I misread the stamp, it was a long day.

I got the 1354 in but the linkage does not match up right. I cant get it in 4x4 low and in 4x4 high is touchy.

Who has gone from a 1350 to 1354? Is it possible to midify the 1350 linkage to shift the 1354?

I went from a elec 1354 to a man 1350 and the linkage was too short to reach the t-case shifter so I welded some extra metal onto the end of it, works like a charm
