I have a '90 Ranger, M5OD-R1 tranny, D35 front end, and an electric T case. I'm thinking, by looking at the tech library, that it's a BW1354. I got a manual T case out of a B2 (Unknown year) but its looking to be a 1350. When I picked it up from the guy there was, and still is, the front yoke missing. Does this mean that I need to grab a different drive shaft? And will this be just a bolt in swap?

The 1350 from a BII would have a slip-yoke front output on it.

Guy in this post next to yours is looking to do basically this same thing.
