Hey your gears grind shifting 1st-2ndgear? Mine does too but only if I press gas down a decent amount. I have to slow accelerate till 20 mph... Then I can go. Is that similar to yours, or did I misunderstand you?

t-case slipping?

nope, no grinding from first to second... there's more details on the transmission issue in my transmission thread...
as for this t-case issue, i think it was a loose nut on the drivers seat... i THINK, i might have forgotten to push the clutch while shifting out of 4L... it was in neutral, but my foot might have been off the clutch, which won't let you shift...
