t-bar question

I just recently talked to a guy about t bars and he had some info but not enough. He spoke to me about doing a #1 T-BAR swap. i want to know what this is, how do i get them, and what is the difference between a "D" code bar and a #1 BAR. Please help me because he said i could probably see 2" from this swap.

I have heard of people changing their t-bars but I don't really know much about it other than it's roughly equivalent to putting stiffer springs in...

I don't think changing your t-bars will get any more lift than what you can do with a simple torsion twist (which you would still have to do after changing the bars anyways)..
