If i were to crank my T-bars i would get more exessive wear on my front tires? right?


also ... would a f150 t-bar fit on the ranger with no mod?

f150 t bars will not fit a ranger. dont go more than 2 inch when you crank them and dont be suprised when the driver side settles a little more than the passanger side.

If you want stiffer torsion bars, the stiffest are on FX4 Level II Rangers and also Sport Tracs.

cranking them is the most effective way of getting lift out of the front. unless you wanna spend about 350ish for spindles. thatll get you 3 inches but youll still need an alignment afterwards. well im pretty sure that you have to...i did because i also changed all the ball joints when i installed mine.

are you wanting to run explorer springs for lift or weight capacity? if you just want the lift get some beltech 6400 shackels, most likley cheeper and i hear the offer a better ride. do stay away from the torsion key lifts like "ready lift" unless you are willing to beef up your ball joints. just crank away, i did it on my 2009 and love it.
