When doing a T-5 swap to a 4.0 OHV do you just use a 4.0 clutch assembly and flywheel? Or is there something different I need to use? I picked up a T-5 with a T-4 bell housing and a Hurst short throw shifter for $400.00 the trans came out of an 88 V-8 mustang so I want to make sure I get all of the correct parts to make it work. Also do I need to get a different pedal assembly? Or can I modify a Ranger factory manual pedal assembly to work with a cable set up?

does your combination bolt together ok???i am looking at sticking a t5 behind my 4.0 in my capri, trying to come up with a good recipe, how deep is your t4 bellhousing,i imagine clutchwise you will need to go with a 2005 up clutch with the 10 spline on that setup, the ragers usually have a valeo clutch with 23 or so splines,or go with the mustang II clutch and pressure plate.
