Thanks,I drove my truck to work the other day, hour and a half drive and it would start slowing down then pick up(have to give it a lil more gas) then it would run fine for awhile. When I was driving back up the hill it seemed the clutch was slipping so i'd give it alot more gas and it'd clear up,it'd do this for awhile.Around town it drives fine for the most part.Today when I was backing up it made a wierd sound, the idle dropped(500-600 rpm or so) then it cleared up after I drove it forward. That's why I was wondering what are signs of the master goin' out.If the clutch is goin' wouldn't it be doin' it all the time(runnin' like shit? The master went out on my '87 one night, snapped from the firewall, bent rod and all and everything went downhill from there. So,that's why I'm asking.Would the IAC be causing it or the TPS,when i stop, the idle stays high for a bit then drops to normal, fluctuates a lil bit.
