sway bar ??s

I have a '01 2wd Ranger Edge with a front sway bar and a '00 Explorer EB 5.0 with a front sway bar. I cant tell by looking and dont have a micrometer. Does anybody know what the difference in the two might be.

Rock auto part numbers and dimensions, if not, look at aftermarket like hellwig, eibach, etc to see compatibility across products for compatability.

I do that kind of stuff frequently with rock auto and aftermarket. It's how I figured out that random volvo, Benz, bmw, etc parts and electronics wire up to my freak. If there's a pigtail, there's a way...

Stay calm. This is a thread jacking. While it's on my mind, tales from the JY...

Most of the bad ass volvo style overwire connectors interchange with the shitty first gen ones. If not, there's always slice and splice... They are a softer plastic, even 10 year old ones are usually like new. Hyundai will usually have OK ones as well, some interchange...

Or volvo sensors will bolt into ford holes. Don't know if resistance and computer stuff works with eec-iv... But they and Mercedes ha e lots of self contained stuff like obd1 ford. Bmw varies.... They're psycho in platform consistency at times... But usually can Google values and see if they apply. If you have Megasquirt, it let's you set that stuff blah blah blah I'll shut up...

should interchange, the EX may be larger. measure them with an adjustable wrench.
or some custom made "wire calipers"

V8 Exploders have a slightly larger front sway bar. Some of the Gen 1 Sport Trac guys swap to the V8 bar for better handling and an Addco rear bar.

It looks a little larger but I still haven't put them side x side. Thanks @JohnnyO

The Expos list as 34mm but i cant find what the 01 Ranger Edge is.





Any body got that number?
