Hey I was recently told that if I pull the sway bar mounts in the middle it will help with my suspension travel. Is this true? Also would it effect my rife that much?

Ok how would taking the whole thing off effect my ride?

You will have more body roll when cornering. If you drive mostly on the street vs off road just make some quick disconnects.
