Sway Bar Links... Poly VS Rubber

poly is a little firmer and can last longer... but is also more prone to squeaking.
I have poly in mine with no issues though. Either will work, either is fine.


on something like Jeep TJ's that rockcrawl... poly is the ONLY way to go on the transmission mounts. Other than that, pick one and use the same one for everything on the same part. If you use poly on one end of something, use it on the other.... so it's the same density.
 
Wouldn't hurt, might help prevent squeaking. On poly bushings use a little silicone grease, not sure about standard rubber bushings.
