Swapped 89 2.3 to 95 2.3 truck doesn't run right

I replaced everything, even did the fuel pump and filter. It's running like crap again. I can't figure it out. Next thing I'm gonna try and do is replace the coolant temp sensor because my ECM is telling me it's -40F. I just don't see how that could cause the truck to run better with the headlights on.

And I used the 95 head and block and that's about it. Had to swap everything over because the power steering, alternator, and crank pulleys weren't lining up right. So I had to swap all the old accessories and mounts over.

what did you do with the crank sensor?If you went from a 89 to a 95,it couldn't of just bolted on
