Swap??

My brother has a 94 ranger with the 2.3 in it, the motor is shot in it. I work with a guy that has a 92 with the 2.3(with 20,000 miles) in it, will it swap into my brothers truck?
They are both 2wds and 5 speeds.

just use the engines, use the wiring and everything else from the '94 (including the exhaust manifold if it's got the two hoses off the EGR tube), the long block should bolt right up, might have to change the fuel rail and a couple little things but it's the same engine
