As the title reads, which is easier? 1998 4.6l/auto/4wd good drivetrain and 2003 with good body, good trans/TC.

My brother got into a deal at dealer where someone put PI heads in a non-PI truck and couldn't get it to run right. Parts guy had to do some tracking and I think it was a '99 that had the right intake to have all the sensors to keep the non PI computer happy while still working with the PI heads ('99 was the changeover year)
