hey guys just wondering who watches swamp people on the history channel and what you think about it?

i watched the first 2 episodes. Not real sure how there gonna keep viewers judging by the first 2 episodes. Just seems like itll get old and seem like a repeat every show.

Yeah, I watched the first two episodes... lucky for me, I don't have cable, so History is nice enough to put full episodes up. I'm not really sure whether I'll keep watching it though, all they do is kill gators, nothing else, every episode... I mean, yeah, thats great and all, but it gets old.... fast.

I actually caught it last night after Ice road truckers but I spent more time looking for something else on than watching it.


BTW i'm fairly new to IRT it looks pretty cool all that push truckin stuff would scare the shit out of me. ( two push truck pushin 57 tons of semi up a icy road then get in front to help slow it down the icy road F*** that)

History Channel is going the way of the rest of the good channels. Used to be they'd have shows about History. Now they have reality crap. There is nothing "historical" about shows they air now. Pawn Stars? Gee you'd think with all the info the owners have (provided to them by the way) they would go into teaching or work at a museum.

the only reason she is on ice road truckers is because she is decent looking. she whines about everything and isn't that great of a driver. as far as swamp people go i had to sit here and translate troy for my girlfriend. (had a cajun roomate in the corps) that show isn't that great either.

I no longer watch TV for anything at all. the only thing that plays on the tv is dvds,and shows that i have downloaded.

it's gotta stop with these damn reality shows, i absolutely hate them....every channel has a different version of the same F-ing show, enough already. "pawnstars" is the same thing as "antiques roadshow", except the people that bring their crap in probably WERENT alive during the great depression

what really baffles me is that they let a lady drive all over the icy roads with a mack truck, they have a tough enough time driving on pavement

I like modern marvels, dirty jobs, cops, and such is about all I watch. I like swamp people, IRT, and swamp loggers, but it's getting old. Pawn stars is ok, but just I dunno, seems unreal....
