Suspension and drivetrain questions

So as of right now my truck has a rough country 4 inch suspension lift ,1 inch F150 coil spacer, and a 3 inch body lift. Im not digging the frame showing as much as it does with the 3 inch BL so im going to take it down to a one inch. I want to keep the height so i want to put a 6 inch coil up front and shackles in the back. Will the drop brackets and pitman arm from the rough country kit still work and if i lift the rear 2 inches will it stress the pinion angle? The block that came for the kit was tapered to correct the pinion angle. Also the F150 spacer will be removed.

My drivetrain question is right now i have a 2.3 and im wanting to switch to a bigger engine. Will the 4.0 bolt upto the m50d that i have now or will i have to get another transmission? Also as far as accessories go will the ones i have now bolt into the brackets for the 4.0? If i go the direction of a 4.0 i plan on building it up to get more power out of it. I want to get everything before i do the swap to prevent headaches. Any and all help is appreciated!

Annother tranny for sure.
As for the suspension, I would thing that the axel drop brackets would be too short.
