supertop truck top

Does anyone have one of these supertop truck bed tops? it looks cool but im wondering if they are worth the money and if they make alot of noise going down the road? thanks for any input.

They look nice.. but for $600 I'd pass. You can easily find a nice shell on craigslist for not even half that amount. Sure it's not as convenient, since ya can't just roll up a shell, but I bet it'd hold up a hell of a lot longer than the canvas top would.

I have contemplated buying a bestop to have on my ranger in autumn and winter because I may not always want to have a cap, but they say they only last about 5 years on average. I'm curious to know if that number is when it is properly maintained, or not. If it lasted longer when properly maintained, I would more strongly think about it.
