I got this email today:

Please be advised that Superlift Suspension has been sold, and that as of this time Transamerican Wholesale is suspending operations with them. Transamerican currently will not be placing any stock or special orders for this manufacture, We have also been notified that all pending special orders will not be fulfilled, and have been canceled. If you had open orders, your salesman should be contacting you with a suitable replacement item, to substitute to your customer. All current inventory will remain available for sale until gone, but all items will be considered non-returnable one way tickets, so please order with caution.

I know a few years ago they filed for reorganization which I believe was to avoid bankruptcy. For a while, the Ranger stuff was almost impossible to get and they didn't seem to have a lot of stock on hand.

Hopefully they sold to a company that will bring the company back to life.

I actually had a 4 Wheel Parts store call me today to see if I knew where to get a customer a Superrunner kit.

UPDATE:

I've been on the phone with Superlift. I was told that new investors spent a lot of money on inventory. I also arranged for James Oaks Enterprises LLC to continue selling Superlift products.

Superlift has a set price that they want the kits sold at, but I have offered FREE shipping to my customers on the 1998-2011 Ford Ranger kits, and even added an extra 10% discount using Coupon Code 'trs-superlift' which is good until September 30, 2013.
