I want to install a supercharger on my 98 Ranger (4.0L V6) that would provide more horsepower for towing. The kit needs to be California compliant. Is such a kit available, who is the manufacturer and are there any documented results from other users?
 
There are no current production kits offered for the OHV 4.0L. If you find yourself needing more power for towing, than get a bigger truck.
