Supercab 4-door available with 2.3/2.5?

Toying with new project ideas. Was the Supercab with four doors available as an option with the 2.3L or 2.5L or did Ford require a motor upgrade to get the 4-door version? I'm looking at '98-'01 2.5L models. Also, are there any longbed regular cab 2.5s out there?

They did not do any extended cab Rangers with a 2.3/2.5 after the mid 90s i believe. Im not sure about the long bed with the 2.5, it wouldnt surprise me if there are none.

I have found extended cab 2.3/2.5 Rangers (up through my end search year of 2001, at least) but none that definitely had the 4-door option, which is what I'd really prefer.

I have a 98, with the 4 doors... 2.5/5-speed...... with just shy of 100k

I have never seen a 4 door ranger.. are you talking full doors or half doors?

The Supercabs had an option of having rear half doors that opened like suicide doors.

My Co worker has a 98 2.5 5 speed with Ex Cab doors. there pretty much few and far between from i have seen around here

First off, it was only available with the reg cab. Yes, you could get the 4-cyl and LB.
